Welcome to "independence insider" for October.
We finished principle photography on schedule on August 8th, 2004. Our huge thanks go out to all those who helped to make our shoot in Nebraska a successful and wonderful experience. Production involves so many people and so many sacrifices; we can’t begin to quantify the gifts that we received. We will thank many of you personally and individually on the website, but we know that many contributions will go unannounced. They are not unappreciated!
There are new and on-going additions to the web site, so please keep checking back. We have updated the production diary. We have also added a production photo slide show. Things to look for in the future:
Once we wrapped the production, we had 35 hours of raw footage. We now must sort and catalog that footage and transfer it to an editing system where choices can be made and the movie put together. As you can imagine, this is an extremely time-intensive process, but we hope to do this as quickly as we can, and we'll get some fun footage for you all to see soon!
